The standard process for residential and commercial exterior painting projects
- SET UP: Furnishings and decor pieces are placed in the center of the room and covered completely with clean plastic sheeting. All floors are protected with drop cloths. Electrical wall-plated and outlet covers are removed.
- PREPARATION: Based on your requests, all holes and cracks in ceilings and walls are filled and sanded; stains are sealed; and surfaces are scuff-sanded for optimal paint adherence.
- PRIMING: The following conditions normally dictate the use of a primer coat: new construction; chalky surfaces; or deep base colors.
